Family Recipe Connection

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Earth Balance Orignal Buttery Spread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 pkgs sliced and mushrooms
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 Ripple HALF & HALF
  • 5 oz bag of baby spinach
  • 16 oz package of potato gnocchi

Instructions:

  1. Start melting 2 tbsp of buttery spread with olive oil in frying pan on medium heat
  2. add onion and garlic, cook until onion is clear
  3. add mushrooms, saute and let cook
  4. add vegetable broth
  5. In a big mug melt 2 tbsp of buttery spread in microwave
  6. add 3 tbsp of flour and wisk to combine into a rouge
  7. Pour in 1/2 cup of battering into frying pan
  8. Pick up frying pan and swivel in a circluar motion to swirl the batter around
  9. When pancake looks as if it is sweating flip pancake
  10. Cook another mintue remove from pan
