Valentine Sugar Cookies are a lightly crisp buttery sweet bite
This recipe comes the Betty Crocker’s Cookie Cookbook. Ethel’s Sugar Cookies, this is the sugar cookie recipe my mom Jan Schallberg has always used for the sugar cookies she make, so of course this is sugar cookie recipe I use.
I prefer to roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick, verse the 1/4 inch thick the recipe suggested. I like a thinner cookie and can get more cookies out of a batch of dough.
