Pineapple Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup unpeeled graded zucchini
8 oz can crushed pineapple - drained
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Prehead over to 350ยบ
Mix eggs, oil and sugar
Mix in zucchini, pineapple and vanilla
Combine dry dry ingredients and mix in to batter
Fold in walnuts
grease a 9 x 5 bread loaf pan and dust with flour
Bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean
Cool at 10 minute before removing from pan

Draining the liquid from the can of pineapple is very important
