Family Recipe Connection

Ingredients:

  • 3 packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Let cream cheese stand for about an hour at room tempature to soften
  2. Grease sides of 10" springform
  3. Prehead oven to 325 degrees
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes
  5. Lower oven temp to 300 degrees
  6. Bake for 50 more minutes
  7. Turn oven off
  8. Let cake sit in closed oven for 1 hour
  9. Open oven door
  10. Let cake sit on rack until room temprature
  11. Then refrigerater
